When we first started coming to Avalon (a loooooong time ago), we didn’t know each other but we both fell in love with the salt air, endless beaches and laid-back beach town vibe. Avalon will always be special to us, because it’s where we met and became lifelong friends. Before even setting foot on the island, my dad came up with the name nolava and we all instantly loved the quirky play on words. For years we knew that we wanted to do *something* with nolava and eventually the idea took shape: a lifestyle brand built around the simple joys of island life.
